How long does my order take to ship?

Please allow 48-72 hours for all orders to be processed. All orders will be shipped between 3-5 business days.

NelVerná Limited Co. does not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. Business days do not include holidays or weekends. NelVerná Limited Co. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, NelVerná Limited Co. will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery , tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate the matter.

What is your return policy? 

NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO CANCELLATIONS, AND NO RETURNS

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final. No cancellations or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed.

Damaged Products:

If your product(s) are damaged, defective, or missing, email us at nelverna21@gmail.com. Please submit photo images of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged or defective. If you are missing a product(s), submit an image of the package and items you received.
